Zac Lambrecht’s path to success has never been a straight line. A championship wrestler under legendary coach Ross Cozart, Zac learned early the value of discipline, perseverance, accountability, and coaching. After high school, he was called to study ministry, beginning a lifelong commitment to serving others, giving back, and investing in people. During COVID, Zac led a sales team at Dell Technologies, a Fortune 30 company, working alongside Michael Dell and managing a significant sales portfolio. He discovered he could “hang with the big boys,” but the isolation of corporate life and working behind screens ultimately reinforced his deeper calling: coaching and mentoring others. Zac has coached championship high school golf teams, is an accomplished golfer himself, and even competed professionally in disc golf. But his greatest passion may be helping young men navigate an increasingly isolating social media world—developing confidence, discipline, purpose, and a sense of identity beyond likes and followers.
